Privacy policy

Last updated October 22, 2026.

STL Roof Quotes ("we") runs stlroofquotes.com, a referral service that connects St. Louis-area homeowners with local residential roofers. This policy covers the website and our phone number, (801) 854-8750.

What we collect

• Callback form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, roof issue, whether you have an insurance claim, and your timeline, plus your consent choice and the page you sent it from.
• Phone calls: your phone number, the time and length of the call, and, where the greeting tells you so, a recording of the call. Voicemails you leave are recorded.
• Website analytics: privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count page views and clicks on call buttons and forms. They don't identify you personally, and we don't use advertising trackers or sell data.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security.

How we use it

To respond to your request: call you back, connect you with a contractor, and confirm that referrals happened. We also use aggregated, non-identifying numbers (for example, calls per month) to run and improve the service.

Who we share it with

• One roofer we refer you to, so they can contact you about your request. They handle your information under their own policies.
• Service providers that run the site and phone line: Cloudflare (hosting and form storage), Twilio (phone calls and recordings) and our analytics provider. They process data on our behalf.
• If required by law.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for others' advertising.

Calls and text messages

If you agree on the callback form, we and one contractor we refer may call you about your request. We don't send marketing texts, and we don't use automated or AI calling to reach consumers.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, and delete it on request.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete your information, or tell us to stop calling, using the contact page or by calling (801) 854-8750. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
